MODERN SLAVERY ACT STATEMENT

This statement is published in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 for the financial year ended 31st December 2022. Evolve OOH wants to ensure that we do our part in contributing to a kinder and fairer planet, and recognises our responsibility to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking from existing either in our business or supply chain.

While we have not identified any modern slavery concerns during the 2022 review, this statement sets out our commitment to developing and implementing policies and practices which ensure that we do not allow modern slavery and human trafficking to take place in our business or supply chain.

OUR BUSINESS

Evolve OOH is an independent global outdoor media agency operating primarily in the out-of-home advertising sector, and whose vision is to evolve the OOH medium through results-driven tools, team experience and a passion for creativity. We work with advertisers, advertising agencies and media owners to deliver industry leading advertising campaigns across a range of formats. We have offices in London, Singapore and New York, and we provide services across the UK as well as in a growing number of international markets.

RESPONSIBILITY

Evolve values human rights and the dignity of people, as reflected within our Dignity at Work Policy.

We take ongoing steps to ensure that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in our organisation or in our supply chain and internally we are using our staff handbook and training to remind everyone of our approach to modern slavery. Whilst Evolve provides services and does not itself produce or manufacture goods, we recognise that modern slavery is everybody’s responsibility.

OUR SUPPLY CHAIN

Whilst we cannot control the actions of other businesses; we ourselves have established strong, long-term relationships across our entire supply chain and expect our partners who work with us to have appropriate anti-slavery and human trafficking policies and processes in place.

We understand that modern slavery is not a static issue and therefore we are committed to continuing our efforts to raise awareness of the impact of slavery.

POLICIES

Evolve has clear policies and practices in place which demonstrate our commitment to help protect individuals from exploitation. Our policies outline our stance on Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Whistleblowing, Business Conduct Standards and our Recruitment & Selection Process. As part of ensuring continuous improvement, Evolve OOH reviews its policies on an annual basis to ensure that these reflect best practice and legislative statutes; and the policies will be updated where required.

TRAINING

To ensure that there is an understanding of the risks of modern slavery and human trafficking, and how this could relate to our business; all members of the senior management team have been briefed on the subject and training is being provided to relevant members of the team involved in managing our supply chain relationships.

This statement is published in accordance with the Modern Slavery act 2015 for the year ended 31 December 2022 and will be reviewed and updated on an annual basis. This policy and statement is approved by Danielle Austin, Managing Director.
