Danielle is the driving force behind the direction of the business, our people and the product we continue to develop. With three children at home, she is the best person to unite our inquisitive bunch of Evolvers.

Robin founded Evolve in 2018 when he saw the opportunity to build a company with trust at its core and to work with like-minded, passionate businesses. He had a strong belief that we are just starting to see the potential of OOH planning. Robin is a keen explorer and loves nothing more than a good bike ride, hike, and ski trip!

Shahkeh has extensive international OOH planning experience and oversees our agency relationships with the best-in-class client servicing. As an avid traveller and true lover of the OOH medium she leads the team towards UK and Global growth.

Dan is our UK OOH guru and focuses on continually advancing our strategic planning capabilities. Striving to deliver more effective and more accountable solutions for brands globally. When he isn’t evolving the way we plan alongside our tech partners, Dan is a budding author.

Joanna’s expertise ranges from OOH planning, buying and project management. Having launched our successful APAC/Singapore office, she works very closely with clients and media partners. Away from work, she is a foreign language enthusiast, currently learning her 5^th language!

From Barcelona to London, Miriam is now currently based in NYC delivering OOH services across US and Latam.  Miriam’s expertise ranges from strategy, planning and buying, and client servicing. Away from work, she enjoys yoga, Pilates, and tapas!

One of Evolve’s founding members. Ferg’s knowledge of the international OOH landscape has helped Evolve develop market-leading relationships across the globe. An obsessive cricket fan and fair-weather golfer means Summers are usually ten times more productive than Winter.

Charlie has worked across a breadth of categories and clients, ranging from smaller SMEs to big corporations. She has seen the UK market, evolve during her career and looks forward to the next chapter. She loves to spend her downtime keeping fit, trying out new recipes, and traveling.

Gareth has been in the OOH industry for 17 years, so it’s safe to say he knows his stuff! Working both media-owner side and specialist side he is passionate about the world on OOH. He loves nothing more than the challenge of getting clients the best deals and thinking creatively. Outside of work, Gareth has just a few interests, including, Football, NFL and basically anything with wheels and an engine!

As Operations Director Andy, oversees all processes within the business to help continue to grow from strength to strength. Outside of work Andy, loves watching most sports (no playing these days) and enjoying his garden

Lisa joins the team with 10 years media experience. She has recently developed a specialism in airport advertising, with a particular focus on luxury and travel retail clients. Outside of work Lisa is an avid traveler and will find any excuse to hop on a plane and explore somewhere new.

His experience spans independent agencies across a huge range of clients and different sectors. At evolve, James works alongside the UK team servicing agencies and planning campaigns. Outside of work James is a big sports fan, he loves to (watch rather than play) football, cricket, and NFL.

Jack’s industry experience knows no bounds. He currently works across Evolve’s international planning and client servicing departments, focusing on the luxury and gaming sectors. Outside of work you will find Jack on the football pitch or attempting to hack around a golf course.

Natalia manages multiple global brands and campaigns on a daily basis. She brings an abundance of positivity to the team and calmness that is very rare and special to Evolve. Outside of the office hours, Natalia is passionate about exploring the subject of wellbeing, and human psychology.

Charlotte has an in-depth knowledge of OOH project management and execution. She loves working across all brands to help them deliver successful campaigns. Over the last 10 years, she has also become increasingly fascinated by the power of meditation to help us perform at our optimum level.

Marina focuses on the planning and implementation of global OOH campaigns for brands in the tech, traveling, luxury and fashion industries. Away from work, she loves traveling in time through classic literature and seeing different perspectives via her camera lens.

Ben’s expertise is based within the UK OOH market; planning and buying from big multinational brands to start ups launching their first advertising campaigns. Outside of work, his passions are learning about different cultures through food and capturing moments through street photography.

Frankie fell in love with International and Airport OOH back in 2015 and is an expert in her field. Since joining Evolve, she will primarily be working on global luxury and fashion clients. In her spare time, you will catch her spending quality time with family and friends with some good food and wine.

Luke joined Evolve in June 2019, his expertise lies in international planning & buying with a particular focus on key European markets such as Spain as his specialism. Away from the world of posters, you will likely (almost definitely) find Luke in his local Wetherspoons or Greggs…

Annabel joined evolve with over 4 years of experience in media. She is a proud ally to people and likes to keep herself educated on diversity and inclusion matters. Annabel has some serious skills, not only does she play tennis, but she has completed a solo sky dive jump!

Callum has a brilliant vision of how he is going to steer the future of OOH by utilising technology and harnessing the creative potential it has. If you’re a football fan, Callum is your guy (but beware, he’s a West Ham fan!).

As a finance manager, Alison supports the finance department and senior management team by managing a range of tasks crucial to the development and strategic direction of Evolve. Outside of work, Alison likes to spend time with her children cooking, and gardening.

Emma joins Evolve as our PA and general office support. We’d be lost without her! Keeping everything in check and making sure we are all organised. In her spare time, she enjoys nothing more than time with her family and friends or out for an early morning run!

Kitty works on bringing awareness to the brand and continues to drive business by creating content surrounding all the amazing work done by the planners. Outside of work, Kitty loves finding her next holiday destination including hitting the slopes or sailing around a beautiful sunny island somewhere!

Molly joined Evolve as a Business Assistant but has since found her passion in production. Molly is the first point of contact for campaign management and production requests, providing end-to-end delivery of our client’s campaigns globally. Outside of work, Molly enjoys baking (anything chocolatey)!

Jack loves to bring brand experience to life and exploring the endless possibilities of OOH worldwide. Jack has a passion for languages, he is fluent in French and continues to learn Dutch, German, and Spanish.

Magda works alongside our growing international team and supports campaigns for brands across the luxury fashion and gaming sectors. Outside of work Magda is usually found planning another travel adventure as she loves to explore new places near and far.

Chloe has been in out-of-home for over 7 years working for both media owner and agency side, and loves to shout about the advanatges of the medium and show how trusted it is. When she’s not filling the office with her laughter she will be spending time with her nieces and nephews, out on a run or travelling to new places!

Working both Internationally and with the UK, Jenny is excited to bring client visions to life through strategic solutions and strong relationship building. One thing Jenny loves most about OOH is the amount of creative potential the channel has and how every day there is more to discover. Outside of work, Jenny is usually found watching films, making art or going for hikes!

Charlotte has joined Evolve with 6 years OOH experience and with a marketing background. She is particularly excited to dive in to the world of production and campaign management with her favourite type of OOH, large banners at the center of her passion. Outside of work you will find her commissioning art including paintings and drawings, and enjoys being in a pub with friends!

Nicky joins our wonderful finance team with experience working in accounts payable. Outside of work, you can find him studying towards a professional qualification, and outside of that, he enjoys board games, video games, and quiz shows (especially The Chase).

Seb moved over from Gibraltar to join the team! Bringing with him, his enthusiasm, creativity and work ethic he is already building great relationships and expanding his OOH knowledge. In his free time, Seb plays football with friends, and watching as many of the biggest sporting events as possible.

Having always viewed OOH as a passerby, Srika is so excited to finally be able to deep dive into it and look at its vastness from the inside. Outside of work, she loves watching films from across the world and exploring fun places with my friends.

Rowan joined the industry in 2020, as an Intern at another OOH Specialist, spending the majority of my tenure in marketing, investment and planning. He took the leap and trialed a role in Press Advertising, before returning back into OOH in 2022 (great choice!). Rowan love’s cooking, music and movies and spending his weekends watching Fulham lose over and over again.

After recently graduating, Connor has joined the team following a varied career in sales, events, and hospitality. You’ll often find him in South East London where he’s a big fan of the food and music scene, although he loves to get out of the city and travel as much as possible.

Ilaria moved over from Italy to go to University in the UK in 2018. Straight after graduating she joined the team and got to learn all about the vast world of OOH and is loving it! When not working, she loves to travel and visit new places. You can always find her at the nearest pub with a Peroni in hand, talking about food and why pineapples do not belong on pizza. Ciao! 

Jessie is a Business Marketing graduate, she stumbled upon the world of OOH advertising at just 19. Even though she was still at school, her first campaign was helping her sister manage a DOOH campaign in sunny Singapore! Jessie also used to be a competitive table tennis player, dedicating a decade to the sport. And now beyond the 9-to-5 hustle, she channels her energy into exploring new travel destinations and discovering delightful food spots.

Tetiana is interested in exploring OOH around the world, especially possibilities of DOOH in Virtual Reality. She speaks 4 languages and currently is learning Korean and Japanese; and is a huge fan of Asian culture and food.

Sarah is based in NYC and has previous agency experience with a background in media and campaign management. After working across all media channels, she views OOH as the most compelling format for brands to make a statement. Outside of work, you can find her going out to see live music/comedy, wandering museums or going to thrift stores.

After leaving university and completing a few summer internships in the marketing world, Kiyan’s curiosity for OOH brought her to Evolve! When not working hard alongside the UK Team, you can find her playing Tennis, badminton and trying out any racket sport – She was born into a family of tennis players, where more than 11 play!

Having finished her Masters Devanshi joined the team as an intern and is currently exploring the intricacies and vastness of OOH. Having worked in programmatic advertising before she is thrilled to see the relevance of different channels of advertising on consumer mindset. Outside of work, she loves hanging out with friends, watching TV shows, and enjoying chai with her flatmates.

Otto joins Evolve fresh to the industry and is enjoying how no two days are the same! Outside of work, you can find Otto watching football, MMA or cooking up a delicious meal!

After graduating with a master’s in strategic marketing, Catherine landed her first job in London at Evolve. Also being fresh to the industry, she enjoys the day-to-day of expanding her knowledge of the OOH industry. Outside of work, Catherine can often be found planning her next adventure or exploring London with her friends.
